摘要
针对青岛市人才流失问题,基于人社局数据,采用logit模型,研究了近十几年青岛市人才流失的影响因素。研究结果表明:从个人信息看,男性的流失比例大于女性;从教育背景看,本科生流失的最多;从单位性质看,就职于企业的人才更多地选择离开青岛。因此,为了抑制人才流失,青岛市政府必须建立健全人才引进机制,大力推进薪酬福利制度改革。
In view of the problem of brain drain in Qingdao,based on the data of the Bureau of human resources and social welfare,the logit model was used to study the influencing factors of brain drain in Qingdao in the past more than 10 years.The research shows that in terms of personal information,the proportion of the male loss is greater than the female.From the educational background,the loss of the undergraduate is the largest.From the character of units,people who works in the enterprises chooses to leave Qingdao.Therefore,in order to curb the brain drain,government must establish and consummate the talent introduction system and promote the reform of salary and welfare system.
