为解决我国当前专利证券化中的专利价值评估难和专利价值发挥不全面等痛点问题,基于专利生产与运营全生命周期管理的理念与行业专利池的打造,提出专利证券化的创新模式,推动实现专利价值的提升与变现。构建新的专利入池方式和专利池运营模式,通过专利运营实现专利的价值与共享属性发挥,进而引入资本,推动实现专利证券化。

In order to solve the problems of difficulty in patent value evaluation and incompleteness in patent value play in China􀆳spatent securitization, based on the concept of patent production and operation of the whole life cycle management and the industrypatent pool, this paper puts forward an innovative model of patent securitization to make the promotion and realization of patent valuepossible. The paper builds a new entry and operation mode for the patent pool, in order to introduce capital and realize patentsecuritization by taking advantage of patent value and the property of sharing.
