Countermeasures and Suggestions on Improving Construction Ability of Science and Technology Business Incubator Staff Team

人才是经济社会获得发展的最活跃要素,事业的发展离不开人才,科技企业孵化器要增强竞争力,离不开高素质孵化器从业人员队伍的建设与打造。为此,分析了当前科技企业孵化器在人才培养、队伍建设方面存在的共性关键问题,并针对问题提出对策建议:一是补齐人才引进短板;二是建立孵化载体与在孵化企业"人才共享"合作模式;三是通过服务实践打造优秀创业孵化服务队伍。

Talents are the most active elements for economic and social development.The development of a business cannot be separated from talents.To enhance the competitiveness of science and technology business incubators,it cannot be separated from the construction and creation of high-quality incubator staff team.Therefore,this paper analyzes the common key problems in talent training and team construction of science and technology business incubators,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions against the problems:First,to make up for the shortcomings of talent introduction;Second,to establish the cooperation mode of"talent sharing"between the incubation carrier and the incubating enterprises;Third,to build excellent business incubation service team through service practice.
