化学清洗对中空纤维超滤膜性能影响研究

摘要 膜污染会导致分离膜产水量降低、无法实现预期分离效果、操作压力升高等问题。化学清洗是解决中空纤维超滤膜污染问题最有效的方法,但是化学清洗剂与污染物发生化学反应的同时也可能与膜材料本身发生化学反应,使膜材料受到损伤,膜特性发生变化,从而影响膜的使用性能和使用寿命。为此从力学性能、渗透性能及过滤性能3方面研究了酸洗[p H=(1.0±0.1)盐酸]、碱洗[pH=(13.0±0.1)氢氧化钠]及氧化性试剂[(5000±100 mg/L)次氯酸钠]清洗对中空纤维超滤膜性能的影响。 Membrane fouling can lead to the reduction of flux,failure to achieve the desired separation effect and high operating pressure.Chemical cleaning is the most effective way to solve the fouling problem of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane.However,when chemical cleaning agent reacts with foulants,it may also react with the membrane material itself,which damages the membrane material and changes the membrane characteristics,thus affecting the performance and service life of the membrane.Therefore,the effects of acid cleaning(pH=1.0±0.1 hydrochloric acid),alkaline cleaning(pH=13.0±0.1 sodium hydroxide)and oxidizing reagent(5000±100 mg/L sodium hypochlorite)on the properties of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane are studied from three aspects of mechanical properties,permeability and filtration performance.
