助流注水技术在渤海油田的应用及效果

Research and Effect of Flow-Assisted Water Injection Technology in Bohai Oilfield

BZ油田5井区A2M井投产至今,一直处于衰竭开发,地层压降已达10 MPa,亟需补充地层能量,且注采井网不完善、无剩余井槽。针对此类问题,以及渤海油田对注水精细化管理要求的提升,注水井需满足"可控、可测、可调",故拟利用5井区原有水源井A3井实施助流注水方案,应用采上注下的工艺,打开Ng、E3d2u层位的水层,经电潜泵增压后,对E3d2LⅡ和E3d3Ⅱ层位进行注水。井区实施助流注水后,A2M井注水收效明显,有效降低了油田开发成本,提高了油田水驱动用程度,为存在类似问题的海上边际油田实现分层注水开发提供了一条新的技术途径。

Well A2 M in well block 5 of BZ oilfield has been in depletion development since it was put into production.The stratum pressure dropped to 10 MPa.It is urgent to replenish the stratum energy,and the injection-production well pattern is not perfect and there is no extra well slot.For this type of problem and the gradual increase of the requirements for the refined management of water injection in the Bohai oilfield,the injection well should be controllable,measurable and adjustable,so it is planned to use the original water source well A3 in well block 5 to implement the flow-assisted water injection scheme.By using the up-extraction and down injection process,the water-courses of Ng and E3 d2 u are opened,after pressurized by electric submersible pump,the water is injected into the water-courses of E3 d2 LⅡand E3 d3Ⅱ.After implementing the flow-assisted water injection technology,the effect of water injection is increased in A2 M well,and the development cost of the oilfield is greatly reduced and the degree of oilfield water flooding is improved.It provides a new technical path for the development of layered water injection in offshore marginal oilfields with similar problems.
