医联体检验项目合作及城区医联体发展状况研究

Study on Cooperation of Medical Consortium Inspection Items and Development Status of Urban Medical Consortium

为了解和平区-总医院医联体模式下检验项目工作开展情况,探索构建城区医联体优质发展的路径,收集2015—2018年送检总医院的6家社区卫生服务中心和1家二级医院的检验项目的收入与支出及送检数量等数据,采用Excel2013对数据进行整理并进行描述性统计分析,并针对研究结果提出相关建议。研究发现社区每年送检数量逐年增加,但是送检比例较低,社区医生送检积极性不高;通过检验项目合作的开展,社区检验成本降低,但其尚未感受到"节省成本"。社区卫生服务中心检验及诊疗能力得以提升,且百姓得到实惠。

In order to understand the development of inspection items under the mode of the Heping District-General Hospital medical consortium,and explore the path to build a high-quality development of the urban medical consortium,the data of income,expenditure and number of inspection items sent to general hospital from,6 community health service centers and 1 secondary hospital from 2015 to 2018 were collected.Excel 2013 was used to sort out the data and conduct descriptive statistical analysis,and relevant suggestions were put forward according to the research results.The results show that the number of community inspections is increasing year by year,but the proportion of inspections is low,and the enthusiasm of community doctors is not high.Through the cooperation of inspection items,the cost of community inspection is reduced,but"cost savings"are not felt.The inspection and diagnosis and treatment ability of community health service center is improved,and the people are benefited.
