我国科技期刊发展现状及创新时代办刊举措探讨

Discussion on Development of Chinese Sci-tech Journals and Measures of Running Journals in Age of Innovation

随着我国向科技创新型社会的转型,越来越多的社会关注被投向科学研究以及技术创新,作为科技创新型社会的重要组成部分,我国科技期刊出版行业面临前所未有的压力与挑战。国家出台了多项措施(如:提升计划、卓越计划)力图加速发展基于本土的科技期刊出版生态链。这样的举措既体现了国家建设科技期刊的力度也为科技期刊出版行业提供了发展的机遇。通过分析我国科技刊物近年来在SCI数据库中的表现,对比发现差距及优势,提出了发展我国科技期刊的重点方向。

With the transformation of China into a science and technology innovation-oriented society,more and more attentions have been devoted to scientific research and technological innovation.As an important part of the science and technology innovation-oriented society,China’s science and technology journal publishing industry is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.In recent years,the state has issued a number of measures(such as:PIIJ,Excellence Plan)to speed up the development of local sci-tech journal publishing industry.Such measures not only reflect the national efforts to build sci-tech journals but also provide opportunities to all the practitioners.This paper analyzes the performance of Chinese sci-tech journals in SCI database in recent years,finds out the gap and advantages by comparison,and puts forward the key direction of developing Chinese sci-tech journals.
