高等职业院校职业素质教育的主要目的是促进个人、职业、社会等三个维度的价值同构,提出可以通过教学体系建设、校企合作平台建设、校园文化建设、实践基地建设以及职业性格测评平台建设等途径予以支撑,并认为知识整合的能力、直面客户的能力、自主学习的能力将是未来高等职业院校职业素质教育的主要趋势。

Through combing connotation of professional quality,importance and its characteristic in education of higher vocational colleges,its main purpose is to promote personal,professional,social and other three dimensions of value isomorphism.It could be supported by teaching system construction,university-enterprise cooperation platform construction,campus culture construction,practical base construction and professional character evaluation.It is believed that the ability of knowledge integration,the ability of facing customers and the ability of independent learning will be the main trend of vocational quality education in higher vocational colleges in the future.
