高校创新创业教育评价导向具有引领高校创新创业方向、凝聚社会创新创业力量、强化国家创新创业实效等作用。立足于智能时代背景和我国高校创新创业教育的发展现状,中国共产党建构了“时”、“度”、“效”三位一体的评价导向体系,为提高我国高校创新创业教育的内容深度、实践向度和社会效度提供了方向引领、实践依据和价值导向。将“时”、“度”、“效”三位一体的评价导向体系贯穿于高校创新创业教育全过程是建设“科技中国”、“学习大国”、“人才强国”、提高国家凝聚力、创造力和吸引力的必然要求。

The evaluation orientation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities plays a role in leading the direction of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,consolidating the forces of social innovation and entrepreneurship,and strengthening the effectiveness of national innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the background of the intelligent age and the status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the Communist Party of China has constructed a trinity evaluation-oriented system of time,degree and effect,which provides direction guidance,practical basis and value orientation for improving thedepth of content,practical dimension and social validity of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.The trinity evaluation-orientedsystem throughout the entire process of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for building Science and Technology China,learning country and talent power,and improving national cohesion,creativity and attraction.
