高阶仪器多维校正理论及其在环境分析化学中的应用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 环境污染已经成为全世界普遍关注的问题,迫切需要发展合适的分析方法来监测和量化环境基质中的污染物。化学计量学中的多维校正方法与现代高阶分析仪器相结合具有独特的“二阶或高阶优势”。与传统的定量分析方法相比,化学多维校正能通过绿色灵巧的“数学分离”代替或增强传统的“物理或化学分离”,无需昂贵的分离设备、无需繁琐的样本前处理步骤,在较短时间内便能获得精准的定量结果,已成为解决复杂环境基质中多目标污染物精准定量的强有力工具。综述了高阶仪器多维校正理论及其在环境分析化学中的应用研究进展,重点阐述高阶仪器数据的产生、高阶仪器数据的定量解析方法以及在复杂环境基质定量分析中的最新应用实例。随着现代高阶分析仪器的飞速发展以及化学多维校正理论研究的进一步深入,在环境分析化学领域现代高阶分析仪器和多维校正的结合将会具有广阔的发展前景。 Environmental pollution has become a worldwide concern.It is urgent to develop appropriate analytical methods to monitor and quantify pollutants in complex environmental matrices.Chemometric multiway calibration methods combined with modern high-order analytical instruments has unique“second or high-order advantages”.Compared with the traditional quantitative analysis methods,chemical multiway calibration methods can replace or enhance traditional“physical or chemical separation”by the green“mathematical separation”and thus can obtain accurate quantitative results in a relatively short time without expensive separation equipments and cumbersome sample pretreatments.At present,this strategy has become a powerful tool to realize the accurate quantification of multi-target pollutants in complex environment matrices.This paper reviews the research progress on theory of multiway calibration methods for high-order instruments and its application in environmental analytical chemistry,focusing on the generation of high-order instrument data,the quantitative analysis methods of high-order instrument data and the latest application examples in the quantitative analysis of complex environment matrices.It is indicated that with the rapid development of modern high-order analytical instruments and the further study of multiway calibration methods,the combination of modern high-order analytical instruments and multiway calibration methods will have a broad prospect in the field of environmental analytical chemistry.
