左西孟旦对NSTE-急性冠状动脉综合征合并难治性心力衰竭患者的短期治疗效果分析 被引量:10

摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)可分为不稳定型心绞痛(UA)、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)和ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI),前两者的发病机制均为动脉粥样斑块破裂或者糜烂引发的,伴随着血栓形成和远端血管栓塞,因此,可统称为NSTE[1]。心力衰竭可分为急性心力衰竭和慢性心力衰竭,当慢性心衰发展到难治性终末期心衰阶段时,其心功能受损严重,需长期住院治疗。
