摘要
以Fe_(3)O_(4)、壳聚糖和苯胺为原料,采用化学氧化聚合法制备聚苯胺磁性壳聚糖复合材料,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线衍射对其进行表征,考察了Cr(Ⅵ)离子初始质量浓度、吸附时间和pH值对水中重金属Cr(Ⅵ)离子吸附性能的影响,探讨了聚苯胺磁性壳聚糖对Cr(Ⅵ)离子的吸附动力学。结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)促进了聚苯胺壳聚糖的分散,提高了聚苯胺壳聚糖的吸附能力;在聚苯胺磁性壳聚糖吸附剂用量0.05 g、Cr(Ⅵ)离子的初始质量浓度350 mg/L、吸附时间100 min及pH值为6的条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)离子的吸附量最高,达到181.75 mg/g,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程。
Polyaniline magnetic chitosan composite was prepared from Fe 3 O 4,chitosan and aniline by chemical oxidation polymerization.The composite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.The effects of Cr(Ⅵ)ions initial mass concentration,adsorption time and pH on removing Cr(Ⅵ)ions from water were investigated.The kinetic equation of Cr(Ⅵ)ions on polyaniline magnetic chitosan was discussed.The results show that the dispersion of polyaniline chitosan was promoted by Fe 3 O 4.The adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)ions by polyaniline magnetic chitosan was better.The maximum adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ)ions was 181.75 mg/g under the conditions of dosage of polyaniline magnetic chitosan 0.05 g,Cr(Ⅵ)ions initial mass concentration 350 mg/L,adsorption time 100 min and optimal pH of 6.The adsorption kinetics conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetics model.
