基于POI大数据和可达性双重约束的城市空间结构研究 被引量:17

摘要 针对城市空间结构研究现状,将传统的城市空间可达性研究与大数据有机结合,在网格法基础上构建城市空间结构研究新思路。通过空间句法模型计算每个城市网格的空间可达性,应用POI大数据得到每个网格的POI密度,对可达性与POI密度进行交叉对比分析,得到基于POI大数据和可达性双重约束的城市空间结构特征类型和空间分区方案。以合肥市中心城区为例,经分析将中心城区划分为3类空间分区,进而根据每类空间的特点提出针对性的空间发展建议。该研究可为城市空间结构研究及城市空间规划布局提供方法参考和决策依据。 In view of the current situation of urban spatial structure research,the traditional research on urban spatial accessibility is combined with the current big data technology,and a new idea of urban spatial structure research is constructed on the basis of grid method.The space syntax model is used to calculate the accessibility of each urban grid space,and the POI density of each grid space is obtained by using the big data.Then,the accessibility and POI density are cross-compared and analyzed to get the spatial structure characteristics and spatial zoning scheme based on the double constraints of POI big data and accessibility.Taking the central urban area of Hefei City as an example,the POI density and accessibility of each grid space are calculated respectively.The central urban area of Hefei City is divided into three types of spatial zones through the cross comparative analysis of POI density and accessibility.Finally,according to the characteristics of each type of space,the corresponding space development suggestions are put forward.The research can provide method and practical reference for the study of urban spatial structure,and provide scientific decision-making basis for the planning,layout and optimal development of urban space.
