重型板式给矿机矿仓漏斗衬板改造 被引量:1

摘要 内蒙古矿业公司一期、二期选矿厂采用封闭式储矿仓,储矿仓内物料利用重型板式给矿机运至半自磨机。重型板式给矿机矿仓漏斗补焊方钢增加漏斗的耐磨性。针对随着生产能力的提升,矿仓漏斗衬板磨损过快、使用周期降低的问题,对衬板进行改造。详细分析了衬板使用要求、工况及耐磨特点,结合各种影响因素对衬板材质、结构形式进行了优化改造。改变方钢焊接方向,垂直于矿石走向;采用方形衬板,将焊接改为螺栓连接。现场实践表明:改进后的衬板使用寿命、维修效率大幅提升,生产成本明显降低。 The Phase 1 and 2 concentrators of Inner Mongolia Mining Company adopt closed ore storage bin,and the materials in the ore storage bin are transported to semi-autogenous mill by heavy plate feeder.The ore bin hopper of heavy plate feeder is supplemented by square steel welding to improve hopper wear resistance.With the increasing production capacity,the hopper liner wears too fast,shortening the service life,so the liner is modified.The instructions,working conditions and wear resistance characteristics of the liner are analyzed in detail,and the material and structure of the liner are optimized according to various influence factors:the welding direction of square steel is changed so that it is perpendicular to the ore direction;square liner is adopted;the connection shifts from welding to bolting.The field practice shows that the service life and maintenance efficiency of the modified liner are greatly improved,and the production cost is obviously reduced.
