摘要
针对某铜金矿石性质,进行了重选、浮选探索试验研究。结果表明:重选工艺回收指标不理想,不适宜处理该矿石;采用混合浮选工艺,闭路流程可获得金品位52.21 g/t、铜品位21.62%,金回收率87.70%、铜回收率88.91%的混合精矿,选别效果及技术指标良好;且可通过重选或浮选工艺回收浮选尾矿中的重晶石,实现铜、金及重晶石的有效综合回收。
According to the property of a copper gold ore,exploratory experimental study is conducted on its gravity and flotation separation.The results show that the recovery index of gravity separation is not satisfying and not suitable to treat the ore;the bulk flotation process can obtain the mixed concentrates in closed circuit with gold grade 52.21 g/t,copper grade 21.62%,gold recovery rate 87.70%and copper recovery rate 88.91%,showing good sepa-ration performance and technical index;the recovery of barite from flotation tailings with gravity or flotation process achieves effective comprehensive recovery of copper,gold and barite.
