摘要
承载器类型无论是经典的称量台式还是输送机式皮带秤,在实际应用中都不能把测量原理中为获取累计总量所需的每一个基础参量值全部测准。有鉴于此,深入分析比较了两种承载器类型皮带秤各自的优势和困难,得出了:“无间断排列的多个称重单元阵列中,各称重单元相互之间的皮带张力为不影响称重的内力”的结论,由此创立了“内力理论”,并为成功研制出准确耐久的阵列皮带秤奠定了理论基础。最后用“力的分解和合成法则”与“应变能原理”两种方法对“内力理论”给出了较为详细的论证。
Any traditional belt weigher,no matter its load receptor type is the classical weighing table or inclusive conveyor,can't measure all basic parameter values required to obtain the accumulative total amount in the measuring principle accurately in practical application.On this account,to analyze and compare the advantages and defects of the two types of belt weighers,then it is concluded that“in the array of multiple weighing units arranged without interruption,the belt tension between each weighing unit is the internal force that does not affect weighing.”That led to establishment of the"internal forces theory about belt weighers".And the theoretical foundation is laid for successful development of array belt weighers that are accurate and durable.On later part in this article internal force theory is demonstrated in detail by two methods:the law of force decomposition and composition,and the strain energy principle.
