呼吸康复对稳定期慢阻肺患者的氧化应激状态和炎症因子水平影响分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察呼吸康复对慢阻肺患者氧化应激状态和炎症因子水平影响。方法:将162例慢阻肺患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组81例。对照组给予支气管舒张剂及对症治疗的常规治疗手段,观察组患者在此基础上给予呼吸康复模式治疗,均治疗6个月。对比两组患者临床疗效、肺功能水平、炎症因子水平和氧化应激水平。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肺功能水平、炎症因子及氧化应激水平均显著优于治疗前,且观察组更优(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸康复模式可以显著改善慢阻肺患者的肺功能并以此减弱患者的炎症反应和氧化应激失衡。 Objective:To investigate the effect of respiratory rehabilitation on oxidative stress and inflammatory factor levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 162 COPD patients were randomized into the study group and control group(n=81 each).The control group was given conventional care including bronchodilators and symptomatic treatment,while the study group undergwent respiratory rehabilitation in addition to the conventional care.The treatment lasted for six months in both group.The clinical efficacy,lung function,levels of inflammatory factor and oxidative stress were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The response rate to clinical treatment was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lung function,levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress were significantly improved compared with baseline in the two groups of patients after treatment,and the improvements were greater in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory rehabilitation can significantly improve the lung function in COPD patients and thereby ameliorate the inflammatory response and oxidative stress in the patients.
