IL⁃1、IL⁃6、TNF⁃α及CRP与输血相关性急性肺损伤患者生存质量的相关性

Correlation of IL⁃1,IL⁃6,TNF⁃αand CRP with quality of life in patients with transfusion⁃related acute lung injury

目的:探究IL⁃1、IL⁃6、TNF⁃α及CRP与输血相关性急性肺损伤(TRALI)患者生存质量的相关性。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年8月湛江市中心血站收治的168例TRALI患者作为观察组,另选取100例同期健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组血糖、饮酒史、高血压、IL⁃1、IL⁃6、TNF⁃α及CRP水平等指标。采用QLQ⁃C30量表对两组进行生活质量评分。采用Pearson相关性分析各个指标与患者生活质量之间的关系。结果:观察组血糖、IL⁃1、IL⁃6、CRP、TNF⁃α水平及高血压比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能、认知功能及疲倦等方面评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组生活质量评分较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。IL⁃1、IL⁃6、CRP、TNF⁃α均与TRALI患者的生活质量评分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:IL⁃1、IL⁃6、CRP、TNF⁃α与TRALI患者生活质量呈负相关。

Objective:To investigate the correlation of IL⁃1,IL⁃6,TNF⁃αand CRP with quality of life in patients with transfusion⁃related acute lung injury(TRALI).Methods:A total of 168 TRALI patients admitted to the Zhanjiang Central Blood Station between July 2019 and August 2020 were recruited as the study group.Another 100 health checkup subjects during the same period were recruited as the control group.The two groups were compared for blood glucose,history of alcohol use,hypertension,IL⁃1,IL⁃6,TNF⁃αand CRP levels.QLQ⁃C30 scale was used to assess the quality of life in the two groups.Pearson’s correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation of these indicators with quality of life in the patients.Results:The levels of blood glucose,IL⁃1,IL⁃6,CRP,TNF⁃αand the prevalence of hypertension were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical functioning,role functioning,social functioning,emotional functioning,cognitive functioning and fatigue were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).The quality of life score was significantly lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05)).The levels of IL⁃1,IL⁃6,CRP,and TNF⁃αwere all negatively correlated with quality of life score in patients with TRALI(P<0.01).Conclusion:The levels of IL⁃1,IL⁃6,CRP,and TNF⁃αare negatively correlated with quality of life in TRALI patients.
