摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定马来酸酐废水中有机物含量的方法.用C18(4.6 mm×150 mm×5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相,在柱温30℃,检测波长225 nm,进样量为20 uL条件下,能够实现马来酸、富马酸、邻苯二甲酸和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯有效分离检测,测试结果的重复性好,方法准确可靠。
A method for the determination of organic matter in maleic anhydride wastewater by high performance liquid chromatography was developed.The separation and determination of maleic acid,fumaric acid,phthalic acid and dibutyl phthalate can be achieved on a C18(4.6 mm×150 mm×5μm)column with methanol as mobile phase at column temperature of 30℃,detection wavelength of 225 nm and sample volume of 20μL.The results are repeatable and the method is accurate and reliable.
