摘要
制备了2种聚酯薄膜,分别添加不同分子结构的碳化二亚胺抗水解剂,对比测试其PCT老化前后中的特性黏度、端羧基值含量、断裂伸长率和水蒸气透过率等指标,同时分析2种薄膜的热行为,进而研究碳化二亚胺对聚酯分子的作用机理,以及对聚酯薄膜性能的影响,并分析了这2种碳化二亚胺作用机理的不同之处和原因。
Two kinds of polyester films were prepared and carbodiimide antihydrolytic agents with different molecular structures were added respectively.The intrinsic viscosity,terminal carboxyl group content,elongation at break and water vapor permeability of the PCT films before and after aging were compared,and the thermal behavior of the two films was analyzed.Furthermore,the action mechanism of carbodiimide on polyester molecule and the effect on the properties of polyester film were studied,and the differences and reasons of the two kinds of carbodiimide action mechanism were analyzed.
