摘要
聚酯装置产生的废水含有大量的有机物,通过厌氧消化处理产生大量的挥发性脂肪酸,挥发性脂肪酸是污水系统运行的重要控制指标。传统的挥发性脂肪酸的检测采用蒸馏后滴定的方法,检测时间长约3.5-4h且加热过程中需要人员监控加热过程,防止样品蒸干造成蒸馏瓶炸裂等安全隐患,经过对样品组分的分析、实验,进行分析优化,检测时间缩短至1.5h,提高分析效率,节约大量的分析时间,保证分析数据及时提供。
The wastewater from polyester plant contains a large amount of organic compounds,and a large amount of volatile fatty acids are produced by anaerobic digestion,which is an important control index of sewage system operation.The traditional method of volatile fatty acid detection is titration after distillation,the detection time is about 3.5~4 h,and personnel need to monitor the heating process in the heating process to prevent the sample from drying and causing the distillation bottle cracking and other security risks.After the analysis and experiment of the sample components,the analysis optimization is carried out,and the detection time is shortened to 1.5 h,which improves the analysis efficiency and saves a lot of analysis time,Ensure the analysis data is provided in time.
