摘要
[目的/意义]本文旨在增进人们对学术虚拟社区特征对知识交流效果影响的理解,以期为其高质量发展提供建议。[方法/过程]依据以往的相关研究和5种典型学术虚拟社区的特征,本文首先从规范、内容和交互3个维度中提取学术虚拟社区的8个特征,构建这些特征对知识交流效果影响的因素模型,随后采用情景式问卷收集数据,最后使用SmartPLS 3对241份问卷进行数据处理和分析。[结果/结论]社区参与限制、举报便利性、感知可靠性、感知丰富性、推送及时性、感知交互强度、感知交互实时性会对用户的感知学习产生显著的正向影响;审核严格性、举报便利性、感知交互强度、感知交互实时性对用户的感知贡献有显著的正向影响。
[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to improve our understanding of the influence of characteristics of academic virtual community on the effectiveness of knowledge exchange,so as to provide some suggestions for its high-quality development.[Method/Process]Based on the previous relevant research and the characteristics of five types of academic virtual communities,this paper extracted eight characteristics from norms,content,and interaction of academic virtual communities,and then constructed a factor model of the influence of these characteristics on the effectiveness of knowledge exchange.Then the situational questionnaire was used to collect data,and SmartPLS 3 was used to process and analyze 241 questionnaires.[Result/Conclusion]Community participation restrictions,reporting convenience,perceived reliability,perceived variation,push timeliness,perceived interaction intensity and perceived interaction real-time had a significant positive impact on users'perceived learning.Review strictness,reporting convenience,perceived interaction intensity,and perceived interaction real-time had significant positive effects on users'perceived contribution.
