摘要
通过水杨酸和水杨酰胺为原料一步反应得到一种新的荧光探针分子,该探针分子本身在含水乙腈溶液中无荧光,当向其中加入Zn^(2+)后会发出明显的绿光,而其他金属离子的加入都没有使得探针溶液产生明显的荧光增强现象。该探针与Zn^(2+)之间的结合比为2∶1,Zn^(2+)检测限为3.2×10^(-6)M,该探针分子在Zn^(2+)检测方面具有潜在的分析应用价值。
A new fluorescent probe molecule was synthesized from salicylic acid and salicylamide by one-step reaction.The probe itself had no fluorescence in the aqueous acetonitrile solution,and when Zn^(2+)was added into the solution,it produced turn-on fluorescence,while other metal ions had no such enhancement effect.The binding ratio of probe to Zn^(2+)was 2:1 and the detection limit of Zn^(2+)is 3.2×10^(-6)M.Accordingly,this probe has potential analytical application value in Zn^(2+)detection.
