水力挤出防突技术在寺家庄矿的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对寺家庄矿目前防突效果较差、掘进速度慢的现状,通过在该矿15104工作面采用水力挤出防突技术现场试验,确定了最佳注水压力、注水孔有效影响半径、终孔间距、注水孔孔深、封孔孔深等关键技术参数。采用钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1,结合掘进进尺、瓦斯涌出特征,对水力挤出防突效果进行了全面效验分析。结果表明,最佳注水压力为12 MPa,注水孔有效影响半径1.0~1.5 m,终孔间距2~3 m,注水孔孔深12 m,封孔孔深6 m。水力挤出措施合理效检时间应为措施实施后3 h,施工时间同超前排放钻孔相比大幅度降低,掘进速度提高到1.5倍以上,使用过程中瓦斯不超限且效检超标率低于10%,研究成果对寺家庄矿安全生产起到重要作用。 In view of the current situation of poor outburst prevention effect and slow driving speed in Sijiazhuang Mine,the hydraulic extrusion outburst prevention technology was adopted,and the key technical parameters such as the best water injection pressure,effective influence radius of water injection hole,spacing between final holes,depth of water injection hole and depth of sealing hole were determined through field test in 15104 working face of the mine.Based on the gas desorption index K1 of drilling cuttings and the characteristics of driving footage and gas emission,the effectiveness of hydraulic extrusion was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal injection pressure was 12 MPa,the effective influence radius of the injection hole was 1.0-1.5 m,the distance between the final holes was 2-3 m,the depth of the injection hole was 12 m,and the sealing depth was 6 m.The reasonable effective inspection time of the hydraulic extrusion measures should be 3 hours after the implementation of the measures,and the construction time was greatly reduced compared with that of advanced discharge drilling,and the driving speed was increased to more than 1.5 times,and the gas in the process was not exceed the limit and the rate of exceeding the limit in the effective inspection was less than 10%.The research results played an important role in the safety production of Sijiazhuang Mine.
