摘要 义桥煤矿4310工作面为边角煤柱回收的不规则工作面,工作面沿断层走向布置,同时受采深、断层构造、邻近采空区等因素影响,工作面采掘期间受高静载和断层活化强动载叠加作用,极易诱发冲击矿压事故。针对4310工作面复杂地质及开采技术因素,通过优化工作面布置以及大直径钻孔、煤层松动爆破及爆破断顶多方式联合卸压等手段,显著降低了4310工作面应力叠加现象,取得了积极效果。 The 4310 working face of Yiqiao Coal Mine was an irregular working face with corner coal pillar recovery.The working face was arranged along the fault strike,and was affected by mining depth,fault structure,adjacent goaf and other factors.During the mining period,the working face was subject to the superposition of high static load and strong dynamic load from fault activation,which was very easy to induce rock burst accidents.In view of the complex geological and mining technical factors of 4310 working face,the stress superposition phenomenon of 4310 working face was significantly reduced and positive results were achieved by adopting working face layout optimization and multi-mode combined pressure relief technology,including large diameter drilling,coal seam loosening blasting,roof blasting and breaking.
