摘要
为了合理规划露天煤矿卡车运输路径,有效降低卡车能耗,减少矿山投入成本,将卡车行驶过程中克服重力做功与克服阻力做功之和作为卡车消耗总运输功,综合考虑卡车行驶速度、道路坡度、路面质量等因素,以最小化总运输功为目标,建立了露天煤矿卡车运输路径优化模型,在给定起始节点与目标节点前提下,提出以布谷鸟搜索算法为优化方法,根据其特有的莱维飞行方式搜寻卡车行驶最优路径。以宝日希勒露天煤矿为实例进行了应用研究,分析结果表明,布谷鸟搜索算法解出的优化运输路线比现场实际运输路线消耗运输功更小,能在一定程度上达到理想的优化效果,具有较高的实用价值。
In order to rationally plan truck transportation route in open-pit coal mine,effectively reduce energy consumption of truck and mine input costs,the sum of the work done to overcome the gravity and the resistance was considered as the total transportation work consumed by the truck,in view of the truck speed,road grade,pavement quality and other factors,the transportation route optimization model of the open-pit coal mine truck was established with the target to minimize the total transportation work.Under the premise of a given starting node and destination node,the Cuckoo search algorithm was selected as the optimization method to search the optimal routing for truck on the basis of its unique levy flight mode.Taking Baorixile open-pit coal mine as an application research example,the analysis results showed that the optimized transportation route solved by Cuckoo search algorithm consumed less transportation work than the actual transportation route,and could achieve the ideal optimization effect to a certain extent,which had high practical value.
