摘要 在"新基建"建设热潮中,新能源汽车换电模式得到了行业的广泛关注。2020年新能源汽车财税补贴政策明确支持"车电分离"等新型商业模式发展,对采取换电车型不执行30万元限价要求,同时蔚来汽车发布的电池租用服务BaaS(Battery as a Service),以全新商业模式解决过去的重资产、电池标准化程度低、车企配合难度大的3大换电难题。从财务视角,对新能源汽车换电模式产业链进行全方位分析,通过企业内部收益率分析换电模式的可行性。 In the upsurge of"new infrastructure"construction,the new energy vehicle power exchange mode has been widely concerned by the industry.In 2020,the fiscal and tax subsidy policy for new energy vehicles clearly supports the development of new business models such as"separation of vehicle and battery",and does not implement the price limit of 300,000 yuan for vehicles with battery replacement.At the same time,the battery rental service BaaS(Battery as a Service)issued by NIO automobile Co.,Ltd Service,a new business model to solve the past three major problems of heavy assets,low level of battery standardization and difficult cooperation between vehicle enterprises.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the new energy vehicle power exchange mode industry chain from the financial perspective,and analyzes the feasibility of the power exchange mode through the enterprise internal rate of return.
