Connotation,Practical Requirements and Strategies of the Integration of Sports and Education in the New Era

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,研究新时代的体教融合。体教融合的时代意涵:明确体教融合的目标定位是促进青少年健康发展;体育是教育的多元载体,凸显以体育人的时代价值;注重各类主体的协同共促,一体化推动青少年体育工作。深化体教融合的实践要求:体育部门与教育部门建立一体化的运行机制;将发展和建设高水平运动队充分融入教育系统;以建设高素质的体育师资队伍为育人保障;以立德树人为导向深化体育课程与教学改革;社会多元力量促进和引导青少年体育发展。提出赋权增能、分类对待、赛事搭建、资源共享、体系构建等推进策略。

By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and other methods,this paper deeply analyzed the integration of sports and education in the new era.The era connotation of the integration of sports and education is as follows:It is clear that the goal of the integration of sports and education is to promote the healthy development of teenagers.Physical education is a diversified carrier of education,highlighting the value of the times by the sports people.We should pay attention to the coordination and co-promotion of various subjects,and promote the work of youth sports in integration.Practical requirements for deepening the integration of sport and education are as follows:the sport department and the education department should establish an integrated operation mechanism,fully integrate the development and construction of high-level sports teams into the education system,guarantee the cultivation of talents with the construction of high-quality physical education teachers,deepen the reform of physical education curriculum and teaching with the guidance of cultivating people by virtue,and promote and guide the development of youth physical education with multiple social forces.Finally,this paper also put forward some strategies,such as empowerment and energy enhancement,classification treatment,tournament construction,resource sharing and system construction.
