基于蓝牙的卡式预付费水表设计

摘要 为了减轻供水管理部门的抄表和收费管理难度,采用了蓝牙通信和射频卡式预付费方法,设计了一个基于蓝牙通信同时兼有射频卡式预付费功能的智能水表。设计主要由水量检测电路、电压检测电路、电源管理电路、阀门控制电路、射频卡读写电路、蓝牙驱动电路等组成,采用低功耗设计延长电池寿命。水表既可以通过射频卡,也可以通过蓝牙通信与水务管理平台进行数据交互,并能够通过手机APP实时查看水表状态。实际使用结果表明,该设计稳定可靠、高效,能有效提升水表抄表和水费缴费便捷性。 In order to reduce the difficulty of meter reading and charge management in water supply management department,Bluetooth communication and RF card prepayment method are adopted,and an intelligent water meter based on Bluetooth communication and RF card prepayment function is designed in this paper.The design is mainly composed of water detection circuit,voltage detection circuit,power management circuit,valve control circuit,RF card reading and writing circuit,Bluetooth drive circuit and so on.Low power consumption design is adopted to extend the battery life.The water meter can interact with the water management platform through either RF card or Bluetooth communication,and can view the status of the water meter in real time through the mobile app.The practical application results show that the design is stable,reliable and efficient,and can effectively improve the convenience of water meter reading and water fee payment.
