摘要
为避免电池充电控制完全依靠人来计算时间、观察温度以及判断异常等情况,将ZigBee技术、通过Wi-Fi网络联入IP网络,最终实现个人控制终端对电池充电温度的监控,设计监控回路。采用红外温度传感器采集信号,CC2530芯片的ZigBee进行数据的采集、整理、传输,通过无线传输模块,电脑端收集数据、实时显示并通过接触器控制电源的通断进而实现超温保护。达到了在较少人员的直接参与下,按照要求,经过自动检测、信息处理、分析判断,实现预期的目标:监控温度,防止事故。
In order to avoid battery charging control completely relying on human to calculate time,observe temperature and judge abnormal conditions,ZigBee technology and temperature sensor are applied to battery monitoring to realize automatic control,and the monitoring circuit is designed.Infrared temperature sensor is used to collect signal,ZigBee of CC2530 chip is used for data acquisition,sorting and transmission.Through wireless transmission module,the computer terminal collects data and displays it in real time.The power supply is controlled by contactor to realize over temperature protection. Under the direct participation of less personnel,according to the requirements,through automatic detection,information processing,analysis and judgment,the expected goal is achieved:monitoring temperature,preventing accidents.
