摘要 本文依据试验所测数据再利用数值模拟的方法对热管换热器传热性能进行研究,改变换热器热流体进口雷诺数和温度探究对热管换热器换热功率的影响。模拟结果表明,不论冷侧流体流态如何,提高热流体温度都可以有效提高换热功率,其增幅百分比保持不变。 The heat transfer performance of the heat pipe heat exchanger is studied by numerical simulation based on the test data, and the influence of the inlet Reynolds number and temperature of the heat fluid on the heat transfer power of the heat pipe heat exchanger is explored. The simulation results show that the heat transfer power can be effectively increased by increasing the temperature of the heat flow regardless of the flow pattern of the cold side fluid, but the increase percentage remains unchanged.
