温湿度对空气中氢气扩散过程的影响

摘要 采用实验的方法,研究氢气泄露时的扩散与混合的特性,并探究环境温度、湿度等对氢气浓度分布的影响。使用氦气代替氢气在环境舱中进行垂直向上的泄露实验,实验结果表明,当处于无障碍空间的氦气在发生短时间定流量的泄露时,将在泄露口周围形成一个稳定的浓度场,环境温度、湿度的变化会都对空间中氦气浓度的变化速率产生影响。泄露口周围氦气体积分数大于4%的区域会随着环境温度的上升而扩大,随着环境湿度的上升而缩小。 Concentration distribution of hydrogen after its leakage is studied by experiments. The influence of ambient temperature and ambient humidity is studied. Hydrogen is replaced by helium to carry out experiments. Direction of leakage is vertical upward. The results show that when helium leaks in barrier-free space at constant rate, it will form a steady concentration field around the leakage hole. Ambient temperature and ambient humidity will affect change rate of helium concentration. Increase on ambient temperature will increase the area where volume fraction of helium is above4%. Increase on ambient humidity will decrease this area.
