摘要
以重庆某数据中心为例,实测发现机房空调在回风控制下存在实际运行参数不一致,回风温度设定值不合理的问题,导致机房热环境不均匀,空调能耗浪费。利用6SigmaRoom软件模拟空调采取群控策略和不同回风温度下的机房热环境,结果表明,空调群控可以提高热环境均匀性,最高环境温度下降3.5℃,SHI值从0.036下降到0.005。空调推荐设定回风温度为27℃,适当提高回风温度可以在不引起过热的情况下节约39.5%的空调风机能耗。
In this paper, a data center in Chongqing is taken as an example. Through actual measurement, it is found that under the return air control mode, the computer room air conditioner has inconsistent actual operating parameters, and the return air temperature setting value is unreasonable. As a result, the thermal environment of the server room is uneven, and air conditioning energy is wasted. The 6 SigmaRoom software is used to simulate the thermal environment with air conditioning group control strategy and at different return air temperatures. The results show that group control can improve the uniformity of the thermal environment. Maximum ambient temperature drops by 3.5 ℃,and SHI drops from 0.036 to 0.005. The return air temperature is recommended to set to 27 ℃, which can save 39.5% of the air conditioning fan energy consumption without causing overheating.
