摘要
通过上海市黄浦区日月光中心一期机电咨询及改造设计项目,针对建筑内业态变化大、机电系统能耗高等问题,比选同类型的中高端商业综合体项目,研究一套适合上海本地区的能源,节能和环境治理专项技术。根据现场机电系统的运行情况以及业主诉求,因地制宜设计相适应和实用的机电系统,进而通过施工,最终达到提高日月光中心档次和为业主节省运行费用开支的目的。具体叙述了改造前现状和对应的改造方案,举例重点以变电所及排油烟系统改造为主,进行改造过程的分享。
Through the first phase of the mechanical and electrical consultation and renovation design project of the Sun and Moon Center in Huangpu District of Shanghai, the project of the same type of middle and high-end commercial complex was selected to solve the problems such as the great changes in the building industry and the high energy consumption of the mechanical and electrical systems. According to the operation of the field electromechanical system and the owner’s request, the suitable and practical electromechanical system is designed according to the local conditions, and then through the construction, finally, it achieves the goal of improving the level of the Sun and Moon Center and saving the operating cost for the owner. The present situation and the corresponding transformation scheme before the transformation are described in detail. The transformation of substation and oil fume exhaust system is the main example to share the transformation process.
