中西医结合治疗轻中度勃起功能障碍合并早泄的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Mild to Moderate Erectile Dysfunction Combined with Premature Ejaculation by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察枸橼酸西地那非、盐酸达泊西汀、乌灵胶囊治疗轻中度勃起功能障碍合并早泄(Premature ejaculation,PE)的有效性及安全性。方法52例轻中度勃起功能障碍合并早泄的患者,按需服用50 mg枸橼酸西地那非和30 mg盐酸达泊西汀,并3次/d,3粒/次,规律服用乌灵胶囊,疗程4周。以国际勃起功能问卷调查表-5(IIEF-5)、阴道内射精潜伏时间(IELT)、早泄诊断量表(PEDT)分别评价患者的勃起功能障碍和早泄的治疗效果,并应用焦虑症筛查量表(GAD-7)及抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)评估患者治疗前后抑郁、焦虑程度。结果治疗4周后,IIEF-5改善40例,IELT改善37例,且勃起功能改善明显的患者,IELT改善更为明显。治疗后IELT、IIEF-5评分较治疗前明显增加,PEDT评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后PHQ-9、GAD-7评分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗过程中出现肌肉酸痛1例,头痛2例,均为轻度,可耐受,均可自行缓解,未做任何特殊处理。结论枸橼酸西地那非、盐酸达泊西汀、乌灵胶囊联合方案,可安全有效地改善轻中度勃起功能障碍合并早泄患者的勃起功能和早泄症状,并能有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁状态。

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of a combination of sildenafil citrate,dapoxetine hydrochloride,and Wuling capsules in the treatment of mild to moderate erectile dysfunction complicated with premature ejaculation.Methods 52 patients diagnosed with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction combined with premature ejaculation were given 50 mg of sildenafil citrate and 30 mg of dapoxetine hydrochloride as needed,and 3 times a day,3 capsules of Uling were taken regularly Capsules,the course of treatment is 4 weeks.The International Erectile Function Questionnaire-5(IIEF-5),Intravaginal Ejaculation Latency(IELT),and Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Scale(PEDT)were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects of patients with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation,and to apply anxiety screening Scale(GAD-7)and Depression Screening Scale(PHQ-9)assess the degree of depression and anxiety of patients before and after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,IIEF-5 improved in 40 cases,IELT improved in 37 cases,and the erectile function improved significantly in patients with IELT improved more significantly.After treatment,the scores of IELT and IIEF-5 were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of PEDT were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was 1 case of muscle soreness and 2 cases of headache.All of them were mild,tolerable,and relieved spontaneously without special treatment.Conclusion The combination of sildenafil citrate,dapoxetine hydrochloride,and Wuling capsules can safely and effectively improve the erectile function and symptoms of patients with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation,and can effectively improve the patient’s Anxious and depressive state.
