电针治疗女性单纯性压力性尿失禁的临床研究

Clinical Study of Electroacupuncture in the Treatment of Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的观察电针会阳、中髎穴治疗女性压力性尿失禁(Stress urinary incontinence,SUI)的临床疗效,为针刺治疗女性SUI提供临床依据。方法选取42例符合研究标准的女性SUI患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组21例。治疗组采用电针会阳、中髎穴治疗,对照组采用非经非穴点安慰电针治疗。对比两组患者1 h尿垫试验漏尿量及72 h平均漏尿次数。结果治疗组治疗后1 h尿垫试验漏尿量及72 h平均漏尿次数与本组治疗前比较明显减少(P <0.05),差异均具有统计学意义;治疗组治疗后尿垫试验漏尿量、72 h平均漏尿次数与对照组比较明显减少(P <0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论电针会阳、中髎穴治疗女性SUI疗效显著,表明电针治疗为治疗效应而非安慰效应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture Huiyang and Zhongliao acupoints in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence( SUI),and to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of SUI with acupuncture. Methods A total of 42 female SUI patients who met the research criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 21 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture at Huiyang and Zhongliu points,and the control group was treated with non-meridian and non-acupoint comfort electroacupuncture. The volume of urine leakage in the 1-hour pad test and the average number of urine leakage in 72 hours were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of urine leakage in the urine pad test 1 h after treatment and the average number of urine leakage at 72 h in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those before the treatment( P < 0. 05),and the differences were statistically significant. After treatment,the urine leakage volume of urine pad test and the average number of urine leakage at 72 hours in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the control group( P < 0. 05),and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Electroacupuncture Huiyang,Zhongliao acupoints in the treatment of female SUI has a significant effect,indicating that electroacupuncture is a therapeutic effect rather than a comfort effect.
