清金合剂治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Qingjin Mixture on the Syndrome of Phlegm-Heat Obstruction Of Lung By Wind-Warming Pulmonary Fever

目的探讨清金合剂治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月收治的风温肺热病痰热壅肺证患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗,在此基础上研究组给予清金合剂治疗。对两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、影像学吸收情况及炎症指标[白细胞计数(WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]进行分析比较。结果与对照组比较,研究组总有效率显著升高(P <0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组治疗10 d后发热、口干、痰黄稠及咳嗽积分均显著降低(P <0.05)。与对照组影像学总吸收率比较,研究组影像学总吸收率显著升高(P <0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组治疗10 d后WBC、hs-CRP及PCT水平显著降低(P <0.05)。结论清金合剂治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证效果显著,能改善患者中医证候,降低炎症因子水平,促进肺部病灶吸收。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingjin Mixture in treating phlegm-heat obstruction syndrome of wind-warming lung fever. Methods From January to December 2019,100 patients with phlegm-heat syndrome in our hospital were selected. They were divided into control group( n = 50) and study group( n = 50) by random digital tables. The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qingjin mixture. The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,imaging absorption and inflammatory indexes[leukocyte count( WBC),hypersensitive c-reactive protein( hs-CRP),calcitonin( PCT) ]were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly increased( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the scores of fever,dry mouth,yellow sputum and cough in the study group were significantly reduced after 10 days of treatment( P < 0. 05). Compared with the total imaging absorption rate of the control group,the total imaging absorption rate of the study group increased significantly( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the WBC,hs-CRP and PCT levels in the study group were significantly reduced after 10 days of treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Qingjin Mixture is effective in treating the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lungs of wind-warming lung-heat disease. It can improve the symptoms of TCM syndrome,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and promote the absorption of pulmonary lesions.
