硫化氢选择氧化催化剂的开发及工业应用

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司研究院开发了LS-03硫化氢选择氧化制硫催化剂,催化剂采用浸渍法工艺制备,催化剂载体以二氧化硅为主要原料,采用挤出成型法制备。200℃时催化剂硫化氢转化率达到98.0%,选择性达95.0%,与国外同类催化剂水平相当。采用工业原料进行了LS-03催化剂的工业生产,催化剂制备重复性较好,硫化氢转化率达98.4%以上,选择性达94.0%以上,达到小型中试及国外同类催化剂指标。在某公司20 kt/a硫磺回收装置上进行了LS-03催化剂的工业应用,各单元运行正常,碱洗前烟气SO_(2)排放浓度小于550 mg/m^(3),达到装置设计指标。运行1年9个月后进行了工业应用标定试验,结果表明:装置运行正常,Super Claus单元催化剂的转化率大于98%,硫回收率大于90%,烟气SO_(2)排放浓度低于550 mg/m^(3),达到装置设计指标。 LS-03 catalyst for hydrogen sulfide selective oxidation to sulfur is developed by Research Institute of SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Company.The catalyst carrier is prepared by extrusion molding method and impregnation process,with silica as the main carrier material.At 200℃,the hydrogen sulfide conversion rate and the selectivity of the catalyst reaches 98%and 95%,which are equivalent to the level of similar foreign catalysts.The industrial production of LS-03 catalyst is carried out with industrial raw materials.The catalyst preparation repeatability is good,the hydrogen sulfide conversion rate is above 98.4%,and selectivity is above 94.0%,which reaches the indexes of similar catalysts in small pilot scale test and abroad.The industrial application of LS-03 catalyst is carried out on a 20 TPY sulfur recovery unit of a company.After the unit is started,the operation of each part is operating normally,and the SO_(2)emission concentration of flue gas before alkaline washing is less than 550 mg/m^(3),which reached the design index of the unit.After one year and nine months operation,an industrial application calibration test is carried out.The results show that the unit operates normally,the conversion rate of catalyst in Super Claus unit is more than 97%,the sulfur recovery rate is more than 90%,and the SO_(2)emission concentration of flue gas is lower than 550 mg/m^(3),which meet the device design index.
