摘要
碲化镉(CdTe)薄膜太阳电池是最成功的产业化薄膜太阳电池技术。近年来,CdTe薄膜太阳电池的新一轮技术革新使小面积CdTe薄膜太阳电池的最高光电转换效率从16.5%快速提升至22.1%,该太阳电池的材料和结构的创新,以及相应的宽光谱响应特性是其光电转换效率提升的最显著原因。结合电池结构对宽光谱响应的高效CdTe薄膜太阳电池的制备技术及研究进展进行了介绍,并对此类CdTe薄膜太阳电池的发展做出展望。
CdTe thin-film solar cells are the most successful industrialized thin-film solar cell technology.In recent years,a new round of technological innovation of CdTe thin-film solar cells has rapidly improved the maximum photoelectric conversion efficiency of mini-area CdTe thin-film solar cells from 16.5%to 22.1%.The innovation of materials and structure of solar cell,and the corresponding wide spectral response,are the most significant case of the improvements of photoelectric conversion efficiency of this kind of solar cells.In this paper,combined with the structure of the solar cell,the preparation technology and research progress of highefficiency CdTe thin-film solar cells with wide spectral response are introduced,and the development of CdTe thin-film solar cells is prospected.
