合金化对Mg-Ni系合金储氢性能的影响:综述 被引量:2

摘要 Mg基合金具有储氢量大、质量轻、资源丰富、价格低廉等特点,但其较高的放氢温度和较慢的吸放氢速率是限制其应用的关键问题。合金化是改善Mg基储氢合金吸放氢热力学和动力学的有效方法,在纯Mg中添加Ni会形成Mg_(2)Ni,其吸放氢热力学与动力学均会得到明显改善,但仍不够理想,有待进一步提高。本文就合金化对Mg-Ni系合金储氢性能的影响进行了综述,整理了各合金元素的添加对Mg-Ni系合金吸放氢热力学与动力学的影响,最后对Mg-Ni系合金的发展进行了展望。 Mg-based alloys have the characteristics of high hydrogen storage capacity,light weight,abundant resources and low price,but their high hydrogen release temperature and slow hydrogen absorption and desorption rate are the key issues that limit their application.Alloying is an effective method to improve the thermodynamics and kinetics of hydrogen absorption and desorption of Mg-based alloys.The addition of Ni to pure Mg will form Mg_(2)Ni,and the thermodynamics and kinetics of hydrogen absorption and desorption will be significantly improved,but it is still not ideal and needs to be further improved.In this paper,the effects of alloying on the hydrogen storage performance of Mg-Ni alloys are reviewed.The effects of the addition of various alloying elements on the thermodynamics and kinetics of hydrogen absorption and desorption of Mg-Ni alloys are discussed.Finally,the prospect of research on Mg-Ni alloys is presented.
