随着工程项目管理的需求变化和测绘技术的发展,现代测绘项目呈现出生命周期长,技术种类多且相对复杂,需要大量的人力、物力以及巨额投资的特点。因此,建立一套高效、集约化的测绘项目管理信息系统具有重要的现实意义。本文从桥梁工程中测绘项目的管理出发,介绍了桥梁测绘项目管理信息系统研究的背景,说明了设计的目标、运行的环境和开发语言,详细阐述了系统的总体框架,项目管理的基本流程,以及管理信息系统详细的功能,设计实现了一个能很好的用于桥梁工程的测绘项目管理信息系统。

With the changes in the needs of engineering project management and the development of surveying and mapping technology,modern surveying and mapping projects show the characteristics of long life cycles,various and relatively complex technologies,and require a lot of manpower,material resources and huge investment.Therefore,the establishment of an efficient and intensive surveying and mapping project management system has important practical significance.Starting from the management of surveying and mapping projects in bridge engineering,this paper introduces the background of the research on bridge surveying and mapping project management system,explains the design goals,operating environment and development language,and elaborates the overall framework of the system and the basic process of project management.As well as the detailed functions of the management system,a surveying and mapping project management system that can be used in bridge engineering is designed and implemented.
