涂膜工艺对预浸料物理性能的影响研究

摘要 为研究涂膜工艺对预浸料黏性寿命的影响,本文以中温环氧树脂为基体,改变涂胶辊的温度、烘胶的温度、烘胶的时间,设计了正交试验,测试了不同因素组合下胶膜面密度的稳定性;最后在相同含浸工艺条件下将9种胶膜制备成预浸料,测试了预浸料的黏性寿命。结果表明,涂胶辊的温度与烘箱的实测温度相当,涂膜工艺对胶膜面密度的均匀性和预浸料的黏性寿命都有明显的影响,涂膜过程中烘胶时间≥50 min时,胶膜面密度的稳定性较好。 In order to study the influence of coating processon the adhesive life of prepreg,this papertakesmedium temperature epoxy resin as the matrix,and changesthe temperature of coating roller,drying temperature and drying time.Orthogonal experiments were designed to test the uniformity of film surface density.The adhesive life of the prepreg was tested by preparing the prepreg under the same technological condition.The results show that the temperature of the coating roller is similar to the temperature measured in the oven,and the coating process has obvious influence on the uniformity of the surface density of the adhesive film and the viscosity life of the prepreg.The stability of the surface density of the adhesive film is better when the drying time is more than or equal to 50 min in the coating process.
