白腐菌共发酵稻秆制备染料吸附剂的研究 被引量:1

INVESTIGATION OF ABSORBENT PREPARED WITH WHITE ROT FUNGAL CO-FERMENTATION ON RICE STRAW

摘要 实验选择14种白腐菌两两组合,分析不同菌种之间的相互作用,筛选出共发酵稻秆制备染料吸附剂的菌种组合,分析组合白腐菌共发酵稻秆的木质纤维素酶活和组分变化。结果表明91个菌种组合中僵持的有43个,其中35个组合是生长相容型,占比38.5%;8个组合属于生长拮抗型,占比8.8%。生长相容性组合银耳和羊肚菌共发酵稻秆制备染料吸附剂,对刚果红吸附量达到(48.57±0.87)mg/g,与银耳或羊肚菌纯种发酵稻秆制备染料吸附剂相比,吸附量分别提高了23%和27%。基于酶活和组分分析发现,与银耳或羊肚菌纯种发酵稻秆相比,银耳和羊肚菌共发酵稻秆15 d时,漆酶酶活分别提高了42%和55%,选择性降解系数提高了82%和52%。 Interaction of fourteen species of white rot fungi was analyzed in pairs,and the fungal combination of co-fermentation on rice straw for preparation of dye absorbent was screened out.Moreover,variation of enzyme activity and the component during the co-fermentation was analyzed,respectively.Results showed that forty-three of the ninety-one white rot fungal combinations were deadlock.Thirty-five white rot fungal combinations were growth compatible mold,accounting for 38.5%.Eight white rot fungal combinations were growth antagonistic mold,accounting for 8.8%.Adsorption capacity of Congo red reached 48.57±0.87 mg/g in absorbent,which was prepared by co-fermentation on rice straw with the growth compatible combination of Tremella fuciformis and Morchella sp.Compared with adsorption capacity of absorbent prepared by pure fermentation with Tremella fuciformis,that of absorbent prepared by co-fermentation with Tremella fuciformis and Morchella sp.was increased by 23%.Compared with adsorption capacity of absorbent prepared by pure fermentation with Morchella sp.,that of absorbent prepared by co-fermentation with Tremella fuciformis and Morchella sp.was increased by 27%.Compared with laccase activity of pure fermentation fifteen days of Tremella fuciformis,that of co-fermentation fifteen days of Tremella fuciformis and Morchella sp.was increased by 42%.Compared with laccase activity of pure fermentation fifteen days of Morchella sp.,that of co-fermentation fifteen days of Tremella fuciformis and Morchella sp.was increased by 55%.Compared with selective degradation coefficient of pure fermentation fifteen days of Tremella fuciformis,that of co-fermentation fifteen days of Tremella fuciformis and Morchella sp.was increased by 82%.Compared with selective degradation coefficient of pure fermentation fifteen days of Morchella sp.,that of co-fermentation fifteen days of Tremella fuciformis and Morchella sp.was increased by 52%.
