摘要
利用SSH模型,考虑自旋轨道耦合相互作用,研究了在一维有机半导体中注入电子到高能级时载流子自旋极化情况;同时,作为有机半导体的重要特性,通过研究电声耦合对自旋极化的影响,发现随着电子注入能量的增高,体系的自旋极化呈整体下降的趋势。
Using Su-Schrieffer-Heeger(SSH)model and considering the spin-orbit coupling interaction,the carrier spin polarization is studied when electrons are injected into a one-dimensional organic semiconductor to a high energy level.At the same time,as an important characteristic of organic semiconductor,the effect of electroacoustic coupling on spin polarization was studied,and it was found that the spin polarization of the system showed an overall downward trend when the electron injection energy increasing.
