摘要
为确保当车辆发生碰撞或紧急情况时,客服中心能实时获取车辆位置及车辆故障状态等信息。文章从车联网的“端”“管”“云”角度出发,详细阐述了借助GPS高精定位技术,车主可通过车辆中控大屏的“紧急救援”选项,借助无线通信网络接通客服中心,在救援过程中,客服人员不仅能一直与车主进行在线交流,而且能实时调度救援资源。为车主提供及时、高效的救援服务,最小化车主的生命财产损失。
To ensure that in case of vehicle collision or emergency,customer service center can obtain the vehicle location and DTC information in real time.this paper From the Internet of Vehicles perspective of"end","pipe"and"cloud",the high precision positioning technology with GPS is described in detail,the owners can use the"emergency rescue"option on the large screen of the central control panel of the vehicle,connect customer service center with wireless communication network,during the rescue,customer service personnel can not only communicate with owners online all the time,but also it can dispatch rescue resources in real time.Provide timely and efficient rescue service for owners,minimize the loss of life and property of owners.
