摘要
某款A级SUV研发调校过程中,常温冷启动后立即挂R挡时驾驶员座椅振动非常明显。针对该问题,首先建立座椅振动控制模型,分别从激励源、传递路径和响应进行分析[1],得出发动机激励大和传递路径上抗扭拉杆隔振不足是问题的主要原因。提出了降低发动机转速和抗扭拉杆刚度两个方案,使得该车座椅振动得到有效控制。
In the process of one A-Class car timing,during R idle condition after cold ignition,the vibration of seat is obvious.Aiming at this issue,the control model of vibration of seat is build firstly.Through analyzing the excitation source,the transfer path and the response,the main cause of the issue is found.Through reducing the idle speed of the engine and the stiffness of the torque reacting mount,the vibration of seat is controlled effectively.
