汽车风挡玻璃除霜效果CFD分析

摘要 霜是由冰晶组成,是空气中的相对湿度到达100%时,水分从空气中析出的现象。汽车挡风玻璃表面的霜是由于挡风玻璃温度低于0℃时,接近地表空气中的水汽直接在玻璃上凝华而成。在日常用车过程中,也会出现汽车前挡风玻璃表面被一层霜所覆盖的情况。此时车主往往会选择使用汽车除霜功能,其本质是从前挡风玻璃下方吹入热空气,以融化挡风玻璃表面的霜,从而达到除霜的目的。文章通过流体力学软件分析揭示了汽车除霜的过程。 Frost is composed of ice crystals.It is a phenomenon of water precipitation from the air when the relative humidity in the air reaches 100%.When the temperature of windshield is lower than 0℃,the water vapor in the air close to the ground surface condenses on the glass directly.In the daily use of cars,the front windshield surface will be covered by a layer of frost.At this time,car owners often choose to use the car defrost function.Its essence is to blow hot air under the front windshield to melt the frost on the windshield surface,so as to achieve the purpose of defrosting.This paper reveals the process of defrosting through the analysis of fluid dynamics software.
