摘要
文章基于有限元法,采用Nastran软件,对某轻卡的后车门系统进行了CAE模态、下沉强度和抗凹强度分析,结果显示,后车门前二阶模态避开了发动机怠速频率,后车门强度满足设计目标,综合评估该商用轻卡后车门力学性能满足要求。
In this paper,based on the finite element method and Nastran software,the CAE modal,strength analysis of a commercial light truck rear door system are carried out.The analysis results show that the first two modes of the door avoid the idle frequency of the engine,and the stiffness and strength of the rear door meet the design objectives.The comprehensive evaluation shows that the mechanical properties of the commercial light truck rear door meet the requirements.
