摘要
文章以某商用车检修口盖为研究对象,通过静力学分析方法确定检修口盖的刚度评价标准,运用非线性屈曲分析方法确定检修口盖的载荷放大因子评价标准,在此基础上提出轻量化设计方案,确保检修口盖在定义的载荷下刚度优于原结构且不发生屈曲。优化后的检修口盖重量从4.4kg降低到3.33kg,减重24.3%,轻量化效果显著。
This paper takes a commercial vehicle overhaul cover as the research object,the evaluation standard of the stiffness of the maintenance cover plate is determined by statics analysis,the nonlinear buckling analysis method is used to determine the evaluation criteria for load amplification factor of the maintenance cover plate,on this basis,the lightweight design scheme is put forward,ensure that the stiffness of the maintenance cover plate is superior to the original structure and does not buckle under the defined load.Optimized maintenance cover plate weight reduced from 4.4kg to 3.33kg,weight loss of 24.3%,the lightweight effect is remarkable.
