摘要 文章通过分析背门气撑杆的结构、工作原理及特性,利用力矩平衡原理对气撑杆在尾门在开启/关闭过程中的受力情况进行分析。针对某车型尾门关闭力大问题,分析了汽车尾门在开启/关闭过程中的受力情况,对关闭力大进行分析,通过优化背门气撑杆弹性比例系数,改善汽车背门关闭性能,提升用户使用体验,为背门举升系统的设计优化提供理论基础。 In this paper,through the analysis of the structure,working principle and characteristics of the back door gas spring,the force of the gas spring in the process of opening/closing the tail gate is analyzed by using the principle of moment balance.Aiming at the problem of large closing force of the tail door of a certain vehicle,this paper analyzes the force situation of the tail door in the process of opening/closing,and analyzes the large closing force.By optimizing the elastic ratio coefficient of the back door gas spring,the closing performance of the back door can be improved,and the user experience can be improved,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the back door lifting system.
